My clinical experience and professional training in psychology, counselling, trauma, psychoeducational groupwork, and cognitive behavioural therapy, together with my academic studies in philosophy, consciousness and culture, inform an approach that is both evidence-based and deeply human.
I work collaboratively with you to create an individualised therapeutic process that empowers you to manage mental health challenges and navigate life’s transitions with greater awareness and self-compassion. Most importantly, I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your present experience and personal history at a depth and pace that feels right for you.
As an integrative cognitive behavioural therapist, I draw on a growth and strengths-based perspective to support people experiencing relational stress, environmental stress, traumatic stress responses and neurodiversity.
My focus is to help you reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom, your brain’s natural neuroplasticity, and your mind’s capacity for healing and growth. Within a supportive therapeutic alliance, we will explore how your experiences have shaped your current patterns of coping and response.
This process often helps you to release coping strategies that once protected you but may now keep you feeling stuck. As new ways of responding emerge, you may find space for self-understanding, emotional renewal, and self-compassion.
Therapy in this way allows you to reassess the meaning you’ve taken from your experiences, recognise your strengths, and bring your personal values into alignment with your future aims, empowering you to move forward with clarity and confidence.
If we choose to work together, I will walk alongside you on your therapeutic journey with care and respect. My commitment is to help you discover what you need to grow through your difficulties, strengthen your inner resources, and move toward a sense of wholeness and fulfilment in life.

This space is for adults who are unemployed, or underemployed and may not have access to private therapy otherwise.
The Compassionate Community Sharing Circle is a gentle, welcoming space where people can pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves and others.
Together we cultivate self-compassion, mindful awareness, and authentic connection through guided meditation and visualisation, quiet reflection, creativity, and compassionate listening.
There is no expectation to speak, explain, or perform. Whether you choose to share, journal, draw, or simply sit in silence, you are welcome exactly as you are.
Healing often begins when people feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgement.
Our intention is not to fix one another, but to create a community where compassion, courage, and connection can naturally grow.
